He's been largely terrible for us. He's got size, but has absolutely none of the trademark South Sea Island aggression to go with it. He made a lively start with the ball, looking dangerous and making quite a few breaks. But his defense was always a problem, too easily beaten by lateral movement. He got a serious shoulder injury last season and has looked feeble ever since. It's a risky signing for Leigh, could be a dangerous player if motivated, but he's going to be a liability when you are defending.

60 tackle busts and top meter maker when he played for the London Broncos. Used as a wide running second rower, he hit some good lines of Drinkwaters passes. If we play him off Drinky again wide on the left, I think he will go alright.

Correct. Vea was ok when he signed for us but our coaching methods seem to have had a negative effect on him and others at Saints.
