Yes Yes our team were awesome on Saturday. But Sam Hoppy also needs a mention . When he came on the game changed for me, he is the most (over under rated ) player on the team to date ( shame on you).

I agree as well, we have some big names in our pack this year, but Sam Hopkins just gets on with the job no nonsense,never let's you down, and is a very modest man off the field,his tries are a bonus to the team as well.

I reckon the one he scored on Saturday - and I don't know how he managed it in such 'heavy traffic' - was the turning point in the game. Their 'body language' after he touched down, was a treat to see!

Alan , at one point this season Sam was our leading try scorer,he was on fire, I remember the 2 he scored at Dewsbury,sheer class and from a fair few yards out, he does seem to have the guile and strength to get the ball over the line in heavy traffic,he would always be in my 17 taking the field,and I hope he continues for many more seasons to come.

Me too. I can't understand why Wigan didn't persevere with him. Still, their loss..........

Alan, I spoke to Shaun Wane not long after Sam signed for Wigan,I knew after that Sam wouldn't last long at Wigan, Shaun is a very Bombastic bloke it's either his way or the highway 100%.
