Similar squad to last week - Jukesy got a difficult job to finalise his 17. Reymolds very unfortunate if he does not make the 17 -
Chase had a solid game last week - but Reynolds and Riddy IMO have been formidable.'"
Reynolds & Paterson miss out

| ^^^Yep
Where to begin with that? Does this mean we are only 7 points better than when we last played them?
The only arguement you could make for that is Rangi going off (looks like hip, doubt we'll see him again) and therefore Mickey had to play yet another full match.
Some absolute brainfarts yet again. Higson trying to pass the ball on the 1st tackle on our 20 stands out. And after their forward pass we get head & feed on their 20 and yet they are the ones who end up scoring....
Another large lead blown too and this is against a Batley side that are in the middle of their own injury crisis and demoralised after a string of defeats.
Credit to them they played well, Lillycrop, their 8 and 20 and Lambrini stand out.
For us; Whiting, Acton, Hanson, Hoppy and Lee Smith.
But there just seems to be a massive lack of anything out there, some terrible defence, reckless passes and blind panic.
Looking at this weeks other results, Oldham will be a really tough ask and Swinton too and I do not see us beating London.
But a win is a win.

| Fully agreed, we are top of the table, but most games we look 'average' at best, but keep grinding out wins against part time opposition. Hopefully we'll stick with Riddy/Reynolds for the remaining games...

| Well in my considered opinion there was a distinct lack of organisation out their at times today as though they hadn't even trained together for weeks. On top of that while Batley were turning us on our backs in most tackles we just let them drop to their knees for a quick play the ball. More and more I am beginning to think that the task of SL could be beyond Jukes and Anderson.

| We seem to be playing within ourselves for the majority of games we play. It's almost as if we know we can beat these teams. There seems to be an arrogance about us, where we just do enough in the first 60 mins and slowly let the opposition back into to it. We then have to turn it back on in the last 5-10 mins to secure the points. When we do turn it on we look very very good, however, we only seem to be able to turn it on in short bursts. Very frustrating to watch at the moment.

| Jukes has done great to steady the ship when all was sinking, but this team needs an experienced coach if we expect them to do anything in the middle 8's. Without an experienced coach we will be humiliated again. Batley should not be putting 30 past us. Oldham may very well beat us next week. Is that the mark of a team with SL aspirations? Hope something is done before the play-offs.
