LEIGH Centurions fans can buy tickets for this Sunday’s pre-season clash with Warrington Wolves in advance of the game from the ticket office at Leigh Sports Village.

It has been agreed that Leigh can keep the revenue from all tickets they sell.

The Centurions are heading to the Halliwell Jones Stadium for Simon Grix’s testimonial match on the back of a 26-20 win over Wigan Warriors last weekend.

Leigh Centurions CEO Allan Rowley says: ‘’We are all looking forward to our next match at Warrington but need to make a point to our fans that they can come and buy their tickets here from the Sports Village ahead of the game.

‘’Our fans turned out in good number against Wigan and as ever, they were superb and really got behind the lads.

‘’I am sure many will now travel to Warrington and tickets are on sale right now here at the Sports Village.’’

The Leigh club would like to point out that those attending the game who want money to go direct to the testimonial fund can pay on the gate.

All tickets sold by Warrington will be going to Simon Grix.

Paul Rowley, the Centurions’ head coach, is again set to name a strong side against the Wolves in what is the club’s final warm up game.

A strong defensive performance in the win over Wigan greatly encouraged the Leigh boss.

Harrison Hansen was named man of the match against Wigan and won the Arthur Thomas Memorial Trophy.
