| Second time he's missed out being 18th man. I feel for the guy a bit because he maybe didn't settle immediately and then got farmed out before getting another chance.
That is in no way a criticism of Rowls btw, he's got to do what's best for the club and player as Alex wasn't going to get a lot of game time with the reserves. I do hope he gets back in on merit as I'm sure he may be very handy come the play off games.

| I don't really see why everyone is so keen to put Alex Brown in. Kay is playing fantastically, Higson had a brilliant start to the season before getting injured and now is getting back up to match fitness (just in time for Bately away, Fev at home and winning the league), Pownall hasn't really done anything wrong. There's no need to put a player in that's only played a couple of games for us right at the start of the season when the ones that have been playing week in week out are doing so well. Brown obviously has improved a lot and is doing very well at Batley, leave him there to finish the season with the team he's been playing with, bring him back and see where he is for the start of next season.

| I d love to see us go into last few games with a injury free squad and fresh instead of jaded and going out with a whimper once the league is won I think this is what will happen . Players will rest whether we like or not.
With a fully fit squad not reason why we can't clean up this season

| Having a fully fit squad at the end of a season is nigh near impossible players pick up knocks, bumps and bruises in every game, with some of the injuries they must be carrying it is testimonial to their all round fitness that they can walk never mind play a game of Rugby League, this and a desire not to let their mates down, especially this bunch of players we have the team spirit in the camp is some of the (if not THE) best I have seen in 14 seasons association with the club.
