Must admit I've always felt RL was a sport that became obsessed with facilities rather than the on field product, bit like having a brand new expensive plane fitted with top end state of the art in flight entertainment systems that then only flies from Manchester - Southend, nice to look at but totally pointless to the majority and always over half empty apart from maybe once or twice a year.
A simplistic 'you must improve your ground to these minimum standards each step up the league ladder' with clear guidelines that work would be completed before the season starts is used to great success in Football and would have sufficed, of course though we didn't have promotion or relegation in our sport so it would have been a pointless exercise but maybe now it could work.
It's all right if it's the same rules for all.
Seems it depends on who u are what the rules are.
Like the Bradford thing now, they go into administration no points deduction, just before the season where P and R is back, if it was Wakey or Cas they would have got the deduction, that I have no doubt.
