The evening was a great success, and featured an address from Chairman John Roddy who gave an enlightening overview of the club and an insight into the great work happening behind the scenes with the new Board Of Management.
The award winners were as follows:
Young Player of the year - Ryan Brierly
Coach's Player of the year - Stuart Littler
Player's Player of the year - Bob Beswick
Touchdown Club Player of the year - Tommy Goulden
LeighLife.com Player of the year - Tom Spencer
Clubman Of The Year - Doctor Doublet-Stewart
Additional presentations were made to James Taylor and Rob Parker who both "hung up their boots" in 2013, and there was also the obligatory light hearted “wooden spoon” award for greatest moment of the season, this year collected by kit man Sean Fairhurst for falling over at York in May.
Paul Rowley also awarded Northern Rail Cup Winner's medals to Thomas Wood, Sean Fairhurst and Rob the Masseuse in respect of their efforts getting the team to the Northern Rail Cup Final.
Commercial Manager Rob Parker said:

Centurions Director Andy Mazey commented:
"Everyone I've spoken to since the event have commented on how much they enjoyed the evening as a whole, and how excited they now are for 2014. The event turned out to be well supported and we would like to thank every single person that took time out to come along and celebrate the achievements of all concerned."

Why has it taken the club so long to officially announce the winners, this event was a week ago???
