Exactly, he shouldn't have brought his personal grievances towards me onto this site (it's only classed as personal when he says it to my face, or in private where no one else can see it). When he does it on a forum he's breaking the rules:

The point is, as has been explained earlier, he was given three opportunities to stop what he was doing, but he chose to ignore the advice of the mods and carry on with his childish vendetta.
