The salary cap is not legal under EU company law (Like wendyball FFP), there are no special laws for sports clubs. He will probably have to take it to the EU courts mind (like Bosman). Or is he playing poker with the RFL who may not have the guts or finance for the fight.......

Have you considered the fact that there's more to the story than the posts you see on here?

Everyone who uses a message board should be treated with respect regardless of their/your opinion and all members should follow the rules of the site. No one should have to put up with the kind of abuse that was directed at me and if he had done it to another member I wouldn't have hesitated to deal with him in the same fashion.

Please believe me when I say that it takes a lot to upset me but if you think his behaviour is acceptable then this isn't the place I want to be.

Whatever he has said or done about you or to you , must be classed as personal , and has nowt to to with this Forum or me for that matter , in the past ive had Verbal abuse directed at me , but if the said culprits started postings on this Forum , i wouldnt try to get them banned .

Personal grievances have nowt to do with this Forum , and shouldnt appear in posts , thats all im saying .

Generally Tiswallace's posts were in the spirit of the forum. However, after 3 separate requests to stop, he continued prodding at Mish with particular phrases. He knew full well what he was doing and the reaction it was likely to provoke.

Tiswallace has ample opportunity to avoid getting banned, but he just couldn't leave it alone.

Exactly, he shouldn't have brought his personal grievances towards me onto this site (it's only classed as personal when he says it to my face, or in private where no one else can see it). When he does it on a forum he's breaking the rules:

The point is, as has been explained earlier, he was given three opportunities to stop what he was doing, but he chose to ignore the advice of the mods and carry on with his childish vendetta.
