I think it'd be better if they had two equal divisions, say an east and west division and each division had 10 teams the top four in each division go to the playoffs and the bottom team from each league get relegated. Each team in the east division would play home and away twice and vice versa and an east team would play every team from the west once and alternate home and away each year.

This would allow more teams in super league and more derby games.

Well thats quite a good idea Boston but it is a bit unfair on Widnes' and shows your Leigh bias (well acquired btw) and' it would give us at least 4 wins a season irrespective of our squad.

Just a correction, I believe it's a touch over 1.2 million each SL club receives. The Million was the old TV deal up until 2010/2011 I believe. As for your idea we did all this debate 4 years ago and it's just not the way to go, the 2 conference system is the way to go with an increased international program and obviously, far more derbys. The only way I personally forsee the 2 division system working is for the top Chp clubs to really raise standards off the field and again, I've heard all the reasons as to why you can't but ultimately, small town clubs can't just be expecting handouts when it seems that many of your fans, that's really what they're implying. Ultimately, the two conference system will be how we go within ten years imho with 18 teams in SL

Nice idea, but I can't see it ever happening as the SL turkeys would need to vote for Christmas.

So what do call the £1.2 million you lot get. Also in recent years there are quite a few of your BIG town clubs that would not be here without the "handouts". You area typical blinkered SL club supporter. Do you really think that Warrington would be the club they are without the yearly handouts from SKY and the RL.

Or Mr Moran......not forgetting the quarter of a million quid from council tax payers in Warrington
