The Championship really is a wide open fantastic league, just wish it could be marketed to the towns and cities its played in as these players deserve a bigger audience.
I was at the game tonight and York really deserved their win, infact they should have scored more if they could have held on to the ball. Yorks full back was excellent tonight. In the first half he dealt with some tricky clever kicks and his positioning was first class. Didn't see anything tonight from Batley that could even remotely worry us, if we turn up that is. Carl Harrison was not a happy man when he left the field. One thing I would say is that I have never seen a modern RL official let so much offside go and only penalise each side once in the whole game for it. Competative game spoiled by handling errors that on a dry night - which was perfect for RL - was a bit irritating. Good RL fix though.
