How did the brainiacs at the RFL come up with a 3 point deduction???
Wig*n 2007 - second offence in 2 years and they got 4 point deduction. The RFL said the deduction was proportionate to the offence. It could have been up to 12 points.
Given the fact they breached the cap by £220,000 in 2007 and the points deduction was ''proportionate'' to the offence that would mean we breached the salary cap by £165k?!?!?!? I very much doubt we were that far out on our predicted income.
Which had been approved by the RFL when accounts were submitted.
And this is our first bl**dy offence!!
On these issues alone we must have strong grounds for appeal.
Quote="J20"Some lovely views of the river their thanks. I'd hate to be a land locked village without any sort of rail network to commute from. Leythers are just like the British version of Amish people!
