Anything with Donlan and the dead ball line would/should have resulted in a drop out, and I'd kind of ruled out a forward pass as the Ref spoke to the TJ prior to the scrum but he (the TJ) wasn't far enough up with play to see a forward pass, I know it doesn't matter but it had me confused (easy I know

) as I couldn't see anything wrong with it.

Well I thought, as the referee had stopped play due to his error, he then restarted play, with Dewsbury head and feed, any referees out there!

If the ref stops play in error he will restart play with a scrum, head & feed to the team last in possession.
