When you think about it the Tories should have got a majority, as they couldn't have had a better opportunity. Brown was unpopular, the economy is biting etc. Maybe had Brown stepped down before the election then Tories would not have won the extra seats they did. Maybe Cameron's determined attempts to get to number 10 shows this.
I thought all the talking was about supporting the government in the commons - I was very surprised when cabinet posts where talked about. Clegg will want this to work more than anyone because of his party wanting PR and this kind of sharing so even when pushed you can't see them voting against Tories. Think Libs will be losers out of all this further down the line.
As W71 said will be interesting how agreeable they are in any future by-elections etc.
