Your wrong Fred watch all the best props in Aussie n SL and you will find that they drive the ball straight in hard & straight to tire the defensive line and to break the advantage line
if you step of one foot or the other running in you lose power its basic science Fred
and your easier to tackle when you move sideways , im sure if you ask any pro RL
player if they would rather tackle a forward straight on or at a angle im sure 100%
would say the latter..
