Playing any team in those conditions with a poor ref and without a front row would be difficult.
I am encouraged, and feel that with a front row putting the opposition on the back foot we will do well.
Our fitness and enthusiasm are first class, we move the ball well left to right, something we havent done for a few years.
Roll on the day we can offer Nash, Bibey, Hill and Meekin in the 17.
Great to see a Leigh coach actually on the touchline giving out instructions during a game.Call me old fashioned but much prefer this than the coach being in the stand relaying mesages to water carriers etc.
On the team I'm not too worried as the defence looks better organised and we do look like we have some moves in us.Need the props back though and the injury jinx just goes on from one season to another, but that could be said by many RL teams at present, bigger strong lads hitting each other at pace will result in injuries.
Mini Me sat on the bottom row could see whats been going wrong at Leigh over last few seasons, no need to sit up in the stand to see what needed changing.
