I think some people are going off at a tangent, Shep is simply looking for somewhere for his family to go to on NYE, having been on a Wembley week end with them, including around the pubs, his Daughter wont be getting p!$$ed or running around.

Some of you may find this hard to believe but some people and their families do know how to go out and have fun in pubs without causing a nuisance.



The fact that he's asked should surely show that he's a responsible parent, his Daughter's 15, he could quite easily simply leave her home alone.
