Can toulouse go down if so they could go down

I would imagine the club did think they had done that and probably never imagined that the situation that has now occurred would ever happen to them. How many other clubs vote along the same lines?

There is 9 other clubs in the championship

Also to make the purists happy that don't like the bonus point - had this rule not been in we would have finished below Toulouse, so should make you feel a little better.

Reason I asked was because when Awen Guttenbeil signed for Castleford, he had a clause if they got relegated, but he chose not use it and still came over, despite Cas not been in SL.

....and had Gateshead not been allowed to play to different rules and had the RFL not ignored Donnys plight which allowed Batley to pick up at least two of their better players, then results might have been very different.

I don't really have enthusiasm to go through the pro's and cons, because its been done too many times and not the day for it tbh
We can't keep making excuses tho.....I just hope the club aren't going to start looking outwards about things not being fare instead of looking inwards of our continuing problems since 2005
Also just to confirm I do critize the powers that be many times, and I am also pro P&R. you seemingly make excuses for us, and go on the its not fare argument against RFL seemingly all the time. Sometimes, maybe once in a while its our fault.
