I would just like to share the good news with everyone, that Leigh East's very own Janet Pendlebury has been awarded the National volunteer co-ordinater award by The Rugby Football League in recognition for all her hard work over the year. Janet won the Regional Award earlier in the year and was put forward for the National Award. Janet will receiver her award at the Challenge Cup at Wembley where she will be a guest of the RFL... On behalf of Leigh East I would like to congratulate her on her award, and on a personal note, well done Janet you deserve it.
