This interview with Wayne Bennett was linked on the Saints MB.
His attitude towards introducing young players even if they are not yet as good as their older equivalents augers well for our current steup.
Although I am sure some on here will know more about the game than he does.......

Yes very interesting blog. Made me want to read Wayne Bennett's books.
Not sure how it applies to our squad in a way. The difference is that great clubs can hang on to good players but not sure if we would be able to.
I do think our previous coaches have changed the team around to much at the end of each season.
