Not a Super League half back, not rated by many at that level and more importantly not by Rick Stone. He was anonymous at LSV earlier in the year.
But you know what, the lad believed at 26 now he was more than good enough and give it a shot. Fair do's to the boy for that.
Best of luck to him, he will be able to get on end of a pass against Gloucester and the like and he will enjoy that.

It was always on the cards he would follow Rowley to Toronto.
He can go back to being a try scoring machine against lower part time clubs, helps his agent in selling the brand I suppose

Brierley is one of the biggest flops in Super League history........ his level is Championship..... may be in two years at 27 he might be a bit more mature to actually get a starting place in a Super League squad with Toronto!
