Well we won. Our lads must have been shattered after the midweek at Fev and it seems so must Fev judging by their result.

For those who think Hobson is a liability you needed to see his reaction to J Durbin when Swinton scored at the side of the posts.

Very shoddy 2nd half but given the difficult game at Fev midweek its understandable that the lads would be out on their feet.

Well upset wasn't he!! Of course, whatever Durbin's fault, the Swinton tryscorer waltzed past (luckily!!) Hobson's lazy outstretched arm!

Poor defensive display in second half out wide, and definate need for some of the more experienced players to come back to calm things down.

Alstead and Smith will make a differance and McConnel spelling Durbin will help keep up the momentum at dummy half.Big worry for me is when we play a really big set of forwards who could bully us a bit and I'm sure Haven will have a big set next week.

Jimmy T was outstanding again 2day he works his socks off every game. The lads were knackered after Wednesday but a wins a win in cup football. What dya reckon about Rourke? He's a big hard lad who likes to get stuck in, off todays performance he'll do for me!

He looks like another player who would be a good signing for us. He was very eager and flew into the tackles making some big hits in the process. Looks like he could do some damage with the ball in hand as well as he is a pretty big lad.
