The club have confirmed that Mitch has broken both his Tibia & Fibula. He is to have an operation tomorrow.
Made our victory and two points irrelevant and unimportant.

| Average recovery time depending on what type of break it is, is 4-6 months. But thats just getting back to normal everyday life and not a high impact sport like rugby. Feel proper gutted for him and yeah this could literally be his wire career over before it starts which is a real shame. We have Ben Evans and Joe Philbin ready to step up and i believe Bailey is around 2-3 weeks away to returning. So forward wise we're covered but would have liked to see dodds get more time with us  |

It was a clear break on tv replay, his leg just went to jelly, sickening injury, poor guy, hope he fully recovers and plays again.

Any chance we'll renew his contract even if he doesn't play again this year?
There's no questioning his talent, he's still young, and there doesn't seem to be many other props around ready to sign for us.
On the flip side, would he want to stay here or head back to Aus?

Guess this one is up to Dodds, i would imagine if he wanted a 2nd year unless we have someone lined up they will offer it to him, they know his game, he's trained with them.
