if we had kept Brent Grose , as far as I can work out he would not have counted on the overseas quota due to the RFL changing the rules to allow certain teams to have extra Ausies in their squads !
So letting him go was a mistake IMO !

I wouldn't personally put Sculthorpe and Harris on the list, as without the sales of these two, we'd have gone bust. Neither would have been half the player they turned out to be under the coach regimes we had during their careers.
Sid Domic, Nick Fozzard and maybe even Jerome Guisset would be on it though

PC said he was the "best forward in the NFP" when we signed him in 2002. He was huge but maybe lacked a little heart and had a glass jaw. |

Greg Mackay. I think we had won something like 9 from 10 before he went to Hull. Back in the days when the stones bitter championship was on Granada on Saturday lunchtime ( Clive Tyldesley commentating ). I remember Brian Smith bigging up GM then signing him.
