I've always liked Riley Dean, and in the event of wire losing any of their halves, you should've had a game plan in place to combat that eventuality to use him. Today it proved that Powell got it wrong.

That is the major problem with this club ....giving too many coaches money to buy a solution in absence of actually trying to coach players to be better... Powell's summary of tonight....we need more players ....we need To work harder ... He's a nice enough feller but it's nonsense that fits the board's outlook

Walker really does have the patience of a Saint. With Bentley hanging onto his shirt after the tackle for an eternity and Kendall doing absolutely naff all to remove the p#ri#ck I wouldn't have blamed Walker for pumelling his face in. He didn't get sucked in to what Bentley wanted. Commendable.

I was there last night (the girlfriend is a Wire) ... some thoughts ...

Little or no structure with ball in hand, no plays which looked like troubling the opposition defence.

So passive defensively that Leeds easily marched up the field time and time again and even if they weren't scoring, they were able to turn the ball over in the right areas.

The three ex-Catalan Dragons bring virtually nothing to the team and apparently aren't being missed by their former employers.

Without George Williams, no-one it would seem who can play Stand Off.

Last nights performance was unacceptable, and it's not a one off as it comes in a run of unacceptable performances.
I posted a while ago that I wanted to see some signs that DP was part of the solution and not the problem. Well his post match box sit in and comments, convince me it's the latter.
