Quins seem to know something we aren't aware of yet with regards to francise applications. Their players aren't that bad that they should be hammered every week, yet they manage it. Not good to see the expansion clubs all beached at the bottom of the table.

Halifax in 2003 were easily the worst, they shouldn't have been in the league that year, the club was bust and couldn't afford to run a side. They were struggling to have enough full time professionals to make up a 17 some weeks. Some people said it was good they could give some opportunities to young up and coming home grown talent, but it did them no good getting flogged every week, and most of those players disappeared into obscurity apart from the two players who did get talent just got noticed by other clubs (the Grix brothers)

Got to be Halifax 2003. They had terrible problems both on and off the field. Didn't we beat them something like 66-6 at home? I think it was our biggest ever win in Super League at the time. In fact, I think it still might be?

Must be honest and say that we were the worst side in 2002 despite not finishing bottom.

We were pretty poor between 98-2001 but the fax side of 2003 has to take the plaudits

Huddersfield were terrible in the early 2000's didnt win a game all season one year

Think that was 99, after they only won 2 games throughout the whole of the previous year

Why not? It's always been the European Super League. In fact, the problem was the ten years we didn't have a French team.

I think Catalan has been a success. They have brought alot to SL over the years they have been in it.

I certainly wouldn't want them to be removed.

doubt it they turned a few good teams over in there first season e.g wigan first game

can say the same about crusaders they turned wigan and bardford over last year
