Unlike Wigan. On a seperate note, Wrexham is a rough little place so be careful.

I spent a couple of years at university in Wrexham. Used to go down the Racecourse every now and then to watch the football team play.
(I hope it has improved since the early 90's, it was a right s#it-hole back then).

p.s: Don't go into the Embassy pub in the town centre, some of the scenes witnessed in there were straight out of a David Lynch film.
