Wasn't it the case that we offered him a 1 year deal and Hudds offered him a 2 year deal?
I suppose there's more to his move than that and overall I think he's probably done the right think from both a playing and financial perspective.
Sad he went though.

Hill was a fantastic player for us and looks like the move has reinvigorated him. Every time I see a picture of him I look for Gromit though.

Hilly was a top player for us..how anyone can slag him off is beyond me..

If that was aimed at me, I am not slagging him off. He was a good servant to the club and a very good forward. By his own admission he went stale into a comfort zone. I would have thought he would have been itching to win a GF winners medal with us but obviously that was not the case. That was the comment on the (winning) mentality.

Not just Hill
The entire front row been in a comfort zone for a good few years now, poor value for money and poor effectiveness
