Think we may blow it in a similar style to how Wakefield did just maybe not as big a lead at HT. Leigh to win any score at 5-1 is too good to turn down considering how awful we have been in the last month or so

Whats in an 'If' between friends, I have took the P with getting South stand tickets but it has been said tonight that is what we will be getting - Probably East or more North imo but I would imagine full blocks wouldnt be free dependent on how you sell them.

Doubt you'd be allocated tickets in the South stand, and tickets in the North will be limited to the NW corner and then wherever you can go in between Wire fans, same in the East. There won't be any 'blocks' available!

I think that makes winning the SL from 8th, all but impossible. A bottom team will have to rely on the top 4 teams losing and hope that 5th 6th and 7th don't win too many.
Has anyone done the maths? I might have a go but it could be that a team in 8th is mathematically out of the competition before round 1 of the super 8. A team in 5th and at a push 6th might break it to the top 4, but I doubt it'll ever happen.

Lot of talk on here about us winning comfortably from the Leigh fans! I just hope we do!!!

As of last night's Leigh Independent Supporters' Association (LISA) meeting we had 20 North Stand tickets left and 1 West Stand. We're sending someone to you today to beg steal or borrow tickets for anywhere we can. Sold 3,400 which is apparently around the same as you. Going to be a great atmosphere I can't wait.

As for the game well. You're a top team but been inconsistent for a while and in bit of a bad run, we're playing some brilliant rugby but are yet to be tested against some of the best. You should win fairly easily, but then again so should have Salford and Wakefield, impossible to predict the score.

I'm finding it hard to believe that we've only sold 3,400 tickets. We regularly have at least 7k Wire fans in the ground, even against the likes of Wakey and Catalan who don't travel well.

Am I supposed to believe that over half of those people haven't bought a ticket?

Yup agree with that, Doncaster last year was probably the worst attendance I can remember and 3000 turned up for that one, and only a handful were from Doncaster.

Are people just pulling these figures out of thin air? Huge game, there'll be a lot more than that.

The Leigh club initiated it by stating "we've sold # tickets, the crowd will be 50/50 by all accounts!" And at their fan meeting they said the same again.

Again, I find it hard to believe our club would tell them how many tickets we've sold. Sounds to me like they're just trying to ramp up their fans.

Well Padgate Walking Day clashing isn't going to help matters, plenty of wire fans attend - even Simon Moran most occasions.

The club just tweeted that we're not far off 9000 tickets sold for Saturday. I would guess that includes the 3400 sold by Leigh.
