| There had been rumours coming out of Leeds about Zac, obviously I'll not be posting them but it does lead me to believe there could be something in them...I thought they were complete nonsense at the time, they could still be that but it has made me think now.

| Interesting comment from Brian Noble on the Super League Show in that when Wigan were in a similar position they shelled out a world record fee for Stuart Fielden in the hope that he would lead them out of the mire. Could Leeds be hoping to bank in on a valuable asset in order to buy a player who will lead them around the park and start to get some wins? If so, who will they be targetting?

Possibly that he's only scored 1 try
Only assisted 2 tries
11th on the error count
48th on metres made (Matty Russell is 9th and he's been injured)

| Wouldn't hold him responsible for all that. Tough job at fullback when your team have got a soft belly like Leeds have. Can't make running meters when yout picking the ball up on your own line time after time.
Strangely, Leeds have made the most carries in the league this year, just not making much ground with them, probably due to field position and the big men not being interested

| Hardaker's fall from grace this year, in terms of form, is representative of Leeds plight. From MOS, he now finds himself shunted between full-back and wing in an attempt to wring whatever match winning talent he still possesses out of him.
In terms of the man himself, what would you get for £300K? A petulant, disruptive and unpredictable firebrand, with a hugely-inflated sense of self-worth.
Undeniably talented, but with more issues than a psychiatrists bookshelf and simply not worth the bother. He is the natural heir to the Gareth Hock estate, and Jeremy Kyle should prepare the DNA tests for them both, because there's a definite pattern emerging here.

If you're a supposedly top class player, I don't think it is enough to say that everyone else around you was poor - you have to take responsibility for effecting change. His body language has admittedly not been as bad as Watkins', but he has run him close when I have seen Leeds. I have no particular vendetta against him, just thought he was overhyped last year and it has shown this time around.

| I don't expect that we would fit him in the cap and wouldn't want to to be honest. We have Russell, ratchford and hopefully in a few years Jack Johnson. I don't think he is worth that fee really and suspect that he probably wants to try the NRL as his preferred option.

| I don't think well see Zac playing in the NRL, as he may not get a work permit in Australia anyhow.
As I understand it, Aus Gov authorities don't take too kindly like naughty boys.

I always found it hard to understand why Australia does not accept naughty boys. Surely it was a country built from convicts.

| I thought of canberra when I heard this. Jack Wighton has not really pushed on and had a shocker last week. He is 25 now and time is running out for him to step up. With the other England players at the raiders who might have had an input. At full back in the NRL you have to be really solid with a really low error count and he won't get the sort of space that we gave Leeds last year. He only has to ask super Sam.

| i think his game is perfectly suited to the NRL... if someone could sort his wonky head out, he would be a great signing.
He would certainly do better than Tomkins did.

| He's a denfensive fullback, Tomkins is an attacking fullback, Zac is more suited to that league, I've seen him shepherd many a player down the line and either take him out or allow someone else to cover tackle.
I think as a player he's a fantastic fullback, reminds me of Josh Dugan, too similar both a bit daft off the pitch and covered in tatts.

| So is Segayaro worth £300k ?
Something very strange about what's happened to Hardaker at Leeds.
Not sure we'll ever find out what's gone on.

To be fair to him he's spotted that his situation isn't great and that he needed to get away from his social circles. Hardaker seems to me to be very lacking in social maturity and if there is trouble to follow it seems he's naturally drawn to it. I'm not sure how 'escaping' to a much higher pressure environment, where the social element is also vastly better will help him mind. The NRL still seems deeply embedded in lad culture and there always seems to be plenty of opportunity to disgrace yourself, so it will be interesting to see how he gets on, particularly on 'Mad Monday'. Whilst Leeds get a decent player back, it's another erosion of quality for their squad. Fullback is another position they are now lacking in, with Golding not a particularly good replacement. Rumoured to be losing Watkins and Cuthbertson to the NRL (Or Warrington) as well, it's hard to see Leeds recovering too quickly.

| i certainly wish zak all the very best in his move to oz even though we are losing a very good player
lots of nasty rumours have been made regarding zak recently on social media but let me tell you that he is the innocent party in regards to wanting out of the club
the fact that he wants to get out of the uk and move overseas rather than move to a rival sl club is the only way he can get away from his nightmare imo
i certainly wouldn't wish his recent problem on anyone as it is very sad, it is no wonder that his head is in bits and why his form has plummeted as a result
social media is certainly a great media outlet for us fans to voice our opinions but unfortunately when trolls wish to spread vile and untrue rumours about certain people on these sites, then 5hit often sticks and they are then often deemed guilty by a very large number of people
