I thought Bridge was THE form player in SL in the last couple of rounds prior to his injury.

Burgess in the back row with Ellis. Not picking Tomkins is a real dumb move, he would offer continued dynamacism in the back row. Front row rotating from: Graham, Peacock and Morley. Sinfield in at loose to supplement the young halves and provide a long kicking game.

Hooker is where I believe we will have a real problem.

Roby will start at 9 and righty so but we don't have any good impact hooker - Moore and Lunt?

Roby is an impact hooker. I must admit I forgot about Lunt and I do like the look of him, but even he is on the periphery of being a darter from the PTB.

Ah yes so he is. Out of the three Roby is the best hooker. I just can't see us getting on top with an average Lunt / Moore at 9. They are good players, but they have alot to learn. Lets face it they're no Cameron Smith's.

There are two English hookers at Warrington - one of whom could be used as an impact hooker after Roby, the other a starting & controlling hooker allowing Roby to come on and do his stuff

I think Lunt is a bit of a hidden gem. I think he's the best English hooker in the competition, ahead of Roby for me and one of the most underrated players in SL.

That Houghton - Stevo jizzes over, and I like that young Hodgson at KR, as two alternatives.

To be fair, Sinfield has played really well at hooker at international level although i don't really like players playing out of their natural positions. Plus, it will prevent the pie-men from starting WW3 if he's picked at LF instead of o'loughlin.

O'Loughlin has been the better player this season than Sinfield

but i think sinfield will offer us more kicking game than any other player and i don't really like him playing out of position but except for roby no one else at a top level in that position

I think we all already know that the pack is going to contain burgess and ellis. I think they'll be our starting 11 and 12. One person that has been overlooked is Mark Flanagan, who i believe could be playing replacement second row for these two others. Who is now also playing 80 minutes of NRL footy a week.

The exclusion of joel is ridiculous, and in my eyes has been the best second row in the SL this year. He has a lot of attributes, Brute Strength, Speed and not a bad pair of hands.

I have said that myself about Flanagan. He is playing alongside one of the best second rowers in the world in, Gareth Ellis. Maybe he needs abit mroe development, I will certainly be expecting to see him paly for England in a few years. My England team would be;

For me you have to have Benny starting, he is a tackling machine and always gives 100%, for me he has to play the full 80. Then rotate Burgess and Ellis in the second row. There is no hooker on the bench due to the fact that I have not seen enough of Shaun Lunt or Scott Moore to convince me so I would rotate Roby and Sinfield at 9 then bring O'loughlin in at loose. Danny McGuire is in there because I really rate him, his speed, creativity and brilliance can change a game I just think he'd rotate well playing alongside Tomkins or Myler.

This is probabaly what the Aussies would look like.

IMO Scotty Moore was awesome up until his antics after the CC final last year. He then went off the boil and has done nowt at Saints this year.

Im a big fan of Lunt, however is he ready to face Cameron Smith? In a word No!

Folau is going to Aussie Rules at the end of this season. Don't know if he will be selected for the Four Nations

Well if thats the case Bridge would be my right centre ahead of Martin Gleeson. I hope Bridge will get some game time before the Four Nations otherwise I doubt he will go.

I doubt he will unless the recovery and treatment goes well - he could then feature in the Play Offs.

Could be worth taking a chance on though really. Bridge as you said before has been in sensational form this season.
