It probably means that Nathan Brown doesn`t rate him if he`s being linked with another scrum half especially if they are planning on spending 100k as thats a lot of money in RL especially to a club like Huddersfield as ive never heard of them spend half that amount in the past on a transfer fee, come to think of it ive never heard them spend a fiver on a transfer fee. |

The interest in Luke Robinson dates back to when he signed for Huddersfield from Salford. He wanted to sign for us then but nothing was forthcoming. I didn't realise we had been linked with him again before Monas signed. |

I think Brough has one of the best kicking games in SL - he could do a job for the Wire if Briers does move on.

Luke Robinson is a poor mans Rob Burrow, definately not the sort of player we need.
Brough doesn't really appeal to me either, the only British scrum half I would sign is Myler.

Myler is the man, or Greg McNally at Whitehaven but Huddersfield have signed him so god knows why they want Brough????
Monaghan has apparently got a two week window to talk to NRL clubs, so hopefully Smith is making steps to get a new 'Scrum Half' for 2010 as we speak.

I was told a while back by a client in Hudds that he might be on his way, he also mentioned Hull FC as a destination. |
