I'm really that Saints are playing Wigan. Apart from the HKR v Wigan game there hasn't been much atmosthere in the Play-Offs so far. Saturday night should change all that. It should be an absolute cracker of a game with a full house. Saints to win a very close match for me.

Much as I'm normally inclined to root for the underdog and enjoyed the fact there's been three away wins against higher ranked teams in the play offs so far I don't want one of the RFL's pet clubs winning trophies and I certainly don't want Wigan or Saints winning more of them so it's Leeds all the way for me now.

i can see Wigan beatin Saints,but you cant see any team beating Leeds.The form and class in which they have shown, is worthy of been called champions.

Come on Leeds or Catalan.

To be honest i really wouldn't want wigan to beat Saint, As i'v never ever given them my support before and dont intend to start now..... What bothers me though is the fact that if Wigan do beat saints ( wouldn't shock me ) well they seem to have a pretty good record against leeds over the last two or three seasons apart from the playoffs ..but they may just beat them if they get there , and i just couldn't stomach watching Wigan being crowned champions

Couldn't agree more. Saints have caused us some real heartache in recent years but I'll never ever want Wigan to win a thing.

I hate both and only wish both could be on the losing side.

Dont think Saints are the team they was, but wigan will have to play much better than they did against kr.....Saints win for me.

well one of the 2 most loved teams on the planet will bow out come saturday night leaving the other to play 2nd fiddle to leeds in a one sided and boring final......if i had to pick it would be saints who have the privelage of losing to leeds again

If Saints make the final they will win it IMO but i have a feeling we could beat them on Saturday.

Leeds aren't 'all that' and could easily be stopped by a fired up Saints side that hit their straps.

Couldn't disagree more. Leeds appear to be the only team who are on their game.

Leeds don't sit well with the Favourites tag and have choked in games in the past when they've had that tag sitting on their head.

Are they a good side? Yes

Are they a great side? No

Are they beatable? Very

Thats just my opinion but I believe i'll be proved right in that Saints will beat them in the final if thats the fixture.

What has changed from the previous couple of years?

They've lost Ellis which is a huge hole that hasn't been filled imo but what will 100% be different going into this Grand Final over the past couple is that they'll go in as huge favourties in comparison to 07 and 08 when they were huge underdogs after hammerings by Saints in the semi finals.

Leeds are a good side but they aren't in the league of the great Saints and Bradford sides of the superleague era. Those 2 teams had higher level competition then what Leeds have faced in these past couple of years. They've had to overcome one team in reality compared to the 2 sides i mention who had to get over at least a couple of really good sides.

There may be harder games on a week by week basis but in the games that really matter the quality just isn't there.

In a one off game I reckon Saints will beat them without the complacency of the past 2 years effecting them.
