Poor 2nd half after a decent 1st effort. Hudds just ground it out didnt need to do much to stop us we had nothing to offer.

Drop Harrison, Solomona, Evans (poor on wing he is not a winger FFS, only a kid one for the future but maybe needs a break??) and Clarke?

Yes, others played just as poorly, but with most you can put it down to a bad day at the office, you know they can do better....With Clarke, you just wonder at this stage of his career, can he ever be of use to an ambitious trophy-hunting squad.

Bit of hasty name-calling here. Sometimes everything comes off ( e.g. v Harlequins ) tonight nothing came off. Clearly ( nothing new ) we missed Briers's creativity but Giants played well and deserved the win. A few years ago I would have been gutted to lose this match but TS emphasises every week that it's back-end of season that counts, not one match in April.

I've never rated him..and he stands out even more now we have a stronger team (not on tonight's performance it has to be said he was in good company)

I don't dislike Clarke, he's been a good servant, but there comes a time with most players where you come to a natural end and this is Clarke's moment.

He reminds me of Gary Hulse in his final days.....All the best intentions, but just a little bit out of his depth for the targets the club is aiming for.
