If we’re honest our 1,6,7,8,13 leave allot to be desired. Excited to see Ben Currie under the new coach there’s some absolute dross in this squad. I’ve included ratch as I just don’t believe he’s a top fullback.

I maintain there's a lot of skill and ability in the squad, but it's being smothered, strangulated and negated by ineffective, sterile coaching and pedestrian tactics

I've been a big fan of Ratchford over the years, but getting the impression now that Father Time has caught up with him. Just lacking that spark that made him such a dangerous player.

Overall, been a much better second half show, but it's worrying that we had to give a side a 20-0 lead before we looked even half interested in playing some sort of attacking RL.

Just a slow, plodding, unremarkable effort, all the way to the end of the season.

Escape to the Country is more entertaining than us.

Exactly this. A squad being wasted IMO, not just this year either.

Been saying it for months Ratchford is finished. He is not a modern day fullback.

Ashton and Thewlis are the way forward.

As bad as we were i think we got some really crap calls on 3 tries.

Inglis taken off to save face. Can’t be seen to have lost with him playing.

I agree re Ashton and Thewlis but Ratchford was vastly more effective at FB than Inglis.

Just can’t see us sacking price before his contract is up, he’s overseen some relegation form during his period with us and that wasn’t enough to give him the axe. Should’ve gone in 2019

Oh I agree. Inglis should not be playing fullback either. We looked a better team when Inglis was off the field full stop.

Did those ranting about Ratchford notice he created two of our three tries? Admittedly he wasn't very effective at left-centre, a position I don't think he has ever played in before.

Fair play to the lads for making a fist of that when we realistically were out of the contest at half time. The first half was pathetic. We have some positives but theyre outweighed by the negatives once again tonight.

There are questions being asked of this squad and setup and I don't believe we have the coaching setup to answer those questions, it just doesn't work.

Both of them are far better than what we have now. Watson is a great coach, so is Powell.

Well, I think a few moves are in order

1. Inglis ; Leave him at home with his cup of Horlicks and biscuits, he can watch the game there.

2. Move King to centre (brainwave !)

3. Ratchford in the halves

4. Thewlis to FB

4. Lineham to wing

5. Get a rugby league coach
