No pal we've all seen him play at 6.
He can take on players up the middle as well as he can in the margins.
He is expansive and defensively strong too.

He does have a sweet foot but no doubt a bit rusty from lack of use because that was left to Briers in the main.

His question mark for me is whether he can take responsibility when things get tough? Will he go missing or slip into shadows?

He had the ability at 6 and that my friend is a fact, and yes, that doesn't mean he possesses that quality now.
But as things are how they are at Warrington, I'd be very willing to give him a shot because were option less other than carrying on the status quo.

I cannot see Newcastle releasing Dobbo as he is integral to there season.

It could be that were in talks for next season. I think he's only on a season long deal there.

Reading all the drivel on here about Bridge to 6 etc I know that it's a bit late in the day to comment on the OP perhaps, but, I thought Myler had a decent game on Friday.

The reason we lost was that we were outplayed particularly up front, HKR were up for it, quick off the mark (too quick?) in attack and defence and Burns was decent...

We were lacklustre and missed a couple of decent opportunities. The longer it stayed at 0-0 wasn't good for us, if we had scored first all this gnashing of teeth type stuff wouldn't be on here and we would be looking forward to welcoming our 6 fingered neighbours on Good Friday rather than dreading their visit.

A win may have papered over the cracks but some of the posts on here on this and other threads are laughable

Dobson was so Instrumental he was dropped from the '17 as soon as Jarrod Mullen returned from injury.

Dobson has done nothing wrong in his stints over here but he is not for me thank you.

Ive always thought of Dobson as rugby league's answer to the 90's flat jockey..willie newmes. The race man.
He never got many rides but was booked when a punt job needed doing.

To me Dobson is a thinking player with a great kick and good in the tackle. Can't see this mentioned anywhere else and I'm not convinced there is anything in the rumour started on her by a KR fan.

To honest I would like him.
