I'd definitely agree it should have been a yellow card. A red card is more debateable but I've got to be honest and say I wouldn't have argued if he'd been shown a red for it.

From what I can see, it's quite obvious that Bridge got a little carried away, he owned Jeffries with a good tackle, put him in his back and gave it a little extra when he dropped back down on him, just like we've seen with Anderson v tickle, Morley v Gutenbeil. He shouldn't have it but it was not a bad one.

Bridge needs to concentrate on his rugby instead of constantly trying to be the hardman.

He is becoming a liability discipline wise and with people like Rhys Evans breathing down his neck he could quite easily find himself on the fringes.

Chris needs to make sure he uses his aggression in the right way, be hard but fair. He is in danger of becoming a cheap shot merchant like that cart from Leeds, although to be fair at least Chris didnt go hiding after the event and took the ball up hard in one of the next plays.
