If it was prop you'd say Carvell.

Riley is a good fullback and a great winger. I would argue that at the very least that makes him as good a player as Charnley, and maybe better (versatility over straight offense in one position)

Riley is arguably the better player but I would still rather have Charnley in the team and on the wing due to the damage he can do.

Another of them lob sided polls. 99% of Wire fans will say Riley and 99% of Wigan fans will say Josh. Don't see the point.

I'm a fan of Riley myself and actually said after the Ryan Hall intercept in the WCC that Riley is probably the only player in SL that I'd have backed to catch him.

Josh is a good finisher but defensively he's a liability. He'll need support from Sam, Pat, Darrell and the rest of the Wigan team (Gareth, Tommy, Brett, Sean) in most games this season.

The stats dont lie, as I said, Riley is a good finisher but there's no way id swap him for Charnley.

Anyone remember the Richards full length try at pie dome, not sure if it was 2011 or 2010, Riley caught him but Richards weight took him over, if anyone has that on replay, look at Rileys starting position to appreciate just how quick he is, WOW.

There's no doubt he's very quick, but look at Charnley's pace on the CC quarter final try.

IN your opinion. IMO Charnley is now a better player and injuries allowing will develop to being a much much better player.
