I can't really argue with the title of the thread, but you're talking about us like we're crap.
You should have another look at the league table as we are still at the top.
And I'm just going to remember how last year you guys were telling everyone how you were the best team because you were top of the league.
Well we're top of the league, so by your own words, the best team in the competition.



But in all seriousness, Wire were brilliant yesterday.
Us playing crap definitely didn't help, but even if we had been full strength/at our best we would have had a job to beat you.

reaching 100 points etc and beating you home and away, Saints home and away and Leeds home and away made us the best in the league.

You're up there and up until the start of june-ish you were the best team but there is a much better team breathing down your neck..

Fair comment and for what it's worth I think you are a decent team and are top of the league on merit, but, within the the bounds of a falable competition and how it is set up.

If it was the be all and end all, would the league postions be the same? We will never know which is wrong in my book.

I'm bitter because it hurt losing to a late field goal to Sinfield last year and all that chest beating and celebrating we did throughout the season meant sod all to me in the end. It's a shame that I felt that 27 rounds of rugby where we proved to be by far the best side meant nothing to me, but I can't help how I feel. If that makes me bitter, then sobeit.

I will look back at last week as a great week if we lift this is October:

I tend to agree with youir rugby league sentiments, although I thoroughly enjoyed last season and wish for more silverware this year, I find the anti United thing a bit predictable and boring.

I tend to flick between Wire and City boards often and i suppose i get a bit of crossover. Funnily enough i upset a Wiganer who is a City fan on a City board the other day.

Maybe i should set aside one day for one board and one day for another.

Even though i know you think i am, I'm not actually a bitter fan (well in many ways all fans are bitter towards their rivals). It's just that you get used to calling places or names certain things and they stick in your mind - eventually becoming the norm.

You have probably guessed I don't share your footballing views, but, I'm happy enough to accept that Warrington has a share of fans from other local teams. It is a secondary issue to me and is a result of Warrington's geographical location. I live in Manchester and most of my mates think we are all Scousers and before anyonre comes on I don't care, it doesnt make you any less a Wire in my book.
