You really have picked up a cracking prospect in Hilly. Still only in his (very) early 20's and has played more than 150 games for Leigh, including a couple in our ill-fated SL season, as a 16 year-old. Marvellous attitude, fanatical trainer, eager to learn, and a really nice lad off the pitch.

I'm sure his spell at Warrington will develop him into an international - and remember, he has played for England Academy, as a Championship player. Not many have done that!

Lets not forget Matt kings wage should cover another 6 or 7 signings.

From opposition fans it always stated that we must have offered more money to beat them to players signatures. They don't look at the following areas that we have improved over the past few years;

Training and playing facilities
Coaching set-up - players can be confident that they will receive some of the best coaching to help them develop
Fun team to play for that has great teamwork and team spirit, plays expansive attack and hard defence
Team that has recently won trophies and is hungry for more, players want to be a part of that (and get the bonuses involved with that)

Hilly goes with our best wishes, he is the best Prop in our league, look after him and there's no reason why he wont become the best in SL.

all us leythers wish chris all the very best, he is a fine rl player, and you guys have made a superb signing, it makes a real nice change for sl clubs to look at lower league players, rather than just automatically signing overseas players. I shall certainly try and take in a few more games dowen at the hj to cheer on hilly.

The gym is at Padgate College. The field work was done at William Beaumont, I'm not sure if that has gone to Padgate, either.

He is amazing at second row though and no where near as effective at Prop.I can't think of anyone I would rather have there if not the usuals, though.

Solomona isn't an amazing second row.

In Chris Hill you have one the BEST forward outside SL he will be a big asset to Wire
the lad has everything good rugby brain, pace, great defence and can split defences wide open
Chris has been magnificent season in season out at the Centurions always gives 100% very rarly
gets injured and is a great Ambassader for RL ,one of the nicest blokes you could ever hope to meet.
Warrington will bring Hills play to another level i feel really happy that hes gone to the best club in Super League...

His work rate at Leigh was 2nd to none they have been expecting him to go to SL for 3 seasons!
