You need a licence for alcohol to be consumed on things like coaches. Limos need special licences. I'm not gonna lie though I very much doubt the police would bat an eyelid as long as the driver doesnt drink too ha

Yed. I'll look up the legislation in the next couple of days. It was all brought in with the Sports Grounds Act. Ignore the PSV stuff for now, it's all about travelling to 'designated sports grounds,' which are invariably Premier League Football grounds.

If i'm wrong i would love to know the legislation, i actually have a PCV license and would be very interested if i'm wrong.

The Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol) Act of 1985 is where the legislation comes from. It talks about a ban on alcohol on coaches travelling to 'designated football matches.' RL matches are not designated. It also gives the police the power to stop and search coaches, seize any alcohol they find, and turn the vehicles back. Of course, coach firms can also implement their own 'no booze' rules, but I can only think that a privately rented coach is not classed as a PSV as otherwise there would have been no need to bring this legislation in.

initially booked with bmi into perpy but they kept changing the flight days so sacked them off! (last year they did the same insted of 4 days ended up spending a week there! gutted

That's 62mph from start to finish, you're average speed will be roughly 45 mph for a coach again with no snags.
