Well if the panel never apply the rules he will inevitably have an exemplary record. It doesn't feel right to me but then again I'm not a Wigan supporter, I'm bias..

Looking on Twitter plenty of less biased people than us think this stinks and also makes a farce of the EGP. Rodd Studd said don't rule out an appeal just because he pleaded guilty like they did with Flower HA HA HA!!!

And you realise that 31 incidents across 13 years is about 2 a year? Wow what a dirty player. Shocking.

This disciplinary panel is a shambles, it should be structured and no appeal starting at say:

Conduct Warning
Level A = 1 match ban
Level B = 2 match ban
Level C = 3 match ban
Level D = 4 match ban

Conduct warning, two warnings is a Level A and a 1 match ban.

If your bad behaviour results in a Level A,B,C or D then a ban of the appropriate number.

As we have the season split any two instances should be double the ban say two Level A's is a 2 match ban a Level A followed by a Level B should be a 3 Match ban and so on, at the split your record is wiped clean.

This may be harsh, it may be common sense its probably tosh but something has to change!

So we want HKR then.
