I'd have to agree with that, I'd pick whichever team won from Leeds and Hull and let the Pies and Saints knock ten bells out of each other again.

By the way, Wigan now seem to be playing their game next Sunday. If we picked them, we'd surely play them on the Friday when they would have had just 5 days turnaround.

Wigan every day on current form, the look knackered will only have 5 days prep, i'm being serious pick Wigan.

Saints and Leeds have plenty of bad blood history so i wouldn't worry about that.

Based on this weekend's performances I'm more worried about Saints and Catalan than Wigan.

Today Wigan played the worst they could play and Saints the best they have played all season, Wigan will get back on track and when the do they will be formidable again. Saints may play well again but not as well as they did today.

We will have to wait to see what players are unavailable for the other teams but currently I would go.

I think Leeds have a big performance in them waiting to come out, similar to Saints, but it would only be possible to face Saints in the final.

It would be a very brave call from the club to do this, but I can see the reasoning behind it.

I can't see it happening myself - I think they'll just pick the lowest ranked team left in. When club call was first introduced, didn't a few of the coaches say they didn't like the system and would just pick the lowest ranked club that they would have played under the old system anyway?

It would almost be worth picking Wigan (if they beat Catalan next week) just to see the look on Michael Maguire's face.

Hudds won't beat Leeds, form dropped right off, may be wrong but can't see it, that's just to clear any ambiguity from having Hudds 1st yet wanting us to pick Wigan.

I want to say Wigan as I feel they'll struggle with a 5-day turnaround and no rest, plus I'd prefer a Wire Saints final but then if all teams are playing up to standard then Wigan are the team I fear the most and we'd have no idea which Wigan performance will turn up on the day. It's such a tough one!
