Been told on good authority should we win tickets are going on sale 9am Saturday and its 4 tickets per st holder.

I hate that, i never have issue with STH getting first digs at tickets but 4 means they buy one and probably buy 3 for people who only ever go to finals, sometimes read the result in the local paper and only know Lee Briers and Morley and don't have a clue who the rest of the team are.

It should be 1 per STH, MAXIMUM 2 and then general sale.

Alternatively they could use their allocation to buy tickets for their non STH friends to ensure they get seats in the same block/row.

I know what you are saying but if they want to sit next to their friends i think they should wait for general sale and do it then.

Ive got 3 season tickets but will be buying from RFL along with a bunch of mates (part-time glory hunters) so we can all sit together
Makes perfect sense to me and free's up 12 tickets from the club shop if that helps

Its actually 15k(dont believe everything the Guardian says)also not every ST holder will buy 4 tickets,even so as a long time ST holder i do think it should be 2 tickets max.

You can't order online for our end, apart from the South East quadrient. I've been there watching Liverpool and it's a great view, might order them today while they've all been took us. If anybody needs to order online I'd suggest you buy in the South East Quadrient.

Buying before is a bit premature in my eyes. Leeds will be a tough challenge friday.

It is if you've got no interest in going unless we get there, but we're going anyway and if it's Leeds V Saints or Wigan we'll be supporting Leeds, so "our" end was the right place to buy for.

Is it really that difficult to understand? It's reserved seating, people want to sit with their friends, much as they stand/sit together on match days. You could have 4 season ticket holders, and one of them buys 4 tickets at the same time for them, without having to have all 4 season tickets with him. It's not rocket science this. Also, why the outrage? I find it highly unlikely that ST holders are going to snap up our entire allocation from the RFL leaving none left for non-ST holders

I was commenting on a report from the Warrington Guardian that our initial allocation was only 10k. With probably around 6k ST holders my view (People are free to have varying views and ones that are different from yours as well believe it or not) was that allowing 4 tickets per person would create some panic and chaos. If Warrington are fortunate enough to get to the final then I will be travelling with a number of ST and non ST holders so the arrangement actually suits me so hence I was not expressing outrage as you stated, merely some concern. I also understand that it isn't, as you put it, rocket science but I'm sure that you probably feel suitably qualified to comment on that subject too...

Excellent I got a bite and I wasn't even fishing! The initial allocation of 10k is neither here nor there, if the club are looking to sell out that initial allocation, they will get another block, I don't think there's any danger of any panic or chaos. Other clubs have dealt with this quite successfully with the same allocation rules re: ST holders and the RFL have done this 13 times previously, so I would expect they have a good handle on how to deal with a sudden rush on ticket demand.
