Higham's been outstanding so far this season. Won't get a mention by $ky, maybe at a push BBC might mention it in passing, but he's not a media darling (seems you have to run after the refs telling them to off before you can be one of those) so I'm not holding my breath.

Two tough games against teams who've looked like they'll be around where we will be in the final table (maybe not if we carry in with this level of performance) and we won both convincingly. Things seem to be on the up.

Bring on the Challenge Cup, love that comp!

Atmosphere was awesome aswell,fans really got behind the team today.

For a fan of a team that has Westwood (who really has a face only a mother could love) you have no room to talk!

A club of Warrington size and recent success. We really shouldn't expect nothing but a win against the lesser teams.

The away end was rocking towards the end of the second half when it was all kicking off. Bit quiet in the second half though, suppose the game was more or less won.

Great performance from the lads, if I remember correctly Catalans away in the cup was at a similar time of the season last year, which for me was when we really started to turn it on. Onwards and upwards!

Excellent performance today the defence in this and the Bulls game has really stepped up a gear which was badly needed. Must admit i feared the worst when i saw no Joel out there.
Special mentions for Hill, Carvell and Higham big perfromances in the pack. Benny Westwood looks to be getting back to his best too.

From where i was in the ground i couldn't see what happened with the Brough sin binning. But i've just watched the replay on Super League Full time. There was no leading with the elbow Bennys elbow did accidently clip him and it was right in front of the touch judge who saw nothing wrong. Brough got up and gave the official a mouthfull, easy for the ref...Go and sit down for 10 mins..

Defensively we're taking it to the next level. We always seem to kick on once the ground gets a bit firmer.

Really enjoyed that yesterday, great effort from 1-17. Hodgson looked like he had wound the clock back a few years!

He did seem to be particularly noticeable yesterday! Mind you at least he didn't make a tackle like that water carrier a few years ago!

Thought Higham and Hill were immense for you and ran the show ...Westwood is still a dirty git though but gets away with it.

Really impressive yesterday. I wasn't hopeful and even less when the side was announced without Joel and Mick M but the pack were outstanding, making good metres on every set and with Myler, Ratchford and Higham controlling the game. Our line speed was very good and we stopped Hudds making enough ground to put on any pressure on the last tackle play consistently. Hodgy rolled back the years with a faultless game. Have to say though where did that display come from?

To be fair at least he got rid of the daft Blonde streak in his hair at Castleford/Wakefield. Which half the fans decided to copy.

I have to say the period just before HT when we held them out penalty after penalty and then dumped them into touch was the first time this season I felt connected back to the team. Good stuff.

The only thing I can relate the season so far to, in terms of the team's general performances and overall atmosphere and feel, is a laid back Sunday drive.

But in the last two weeks, I can feel the tempo rising amongst the players, and the fans' excitement subsequently returning too.

Lets hope we do a number on Salford
