I really hope this is on Sky because I couldn't get the time off work to go to Perpignan. Looking at the other fixtures, I wouldn't be surprised if Sky decide to show this one and Cas v Wakey.

The RFL have not released the fixtures for sky yet. And can't see them going for a meaningless Cas v Wakey game. Yes it's a rivalry but Catalans v Wire has alot more riding on it.

That say's Sky to select picks by today (8th August.) I've also been told it'll be on Sky which is ideal for me as I'm not going.

According to sky web site the sat game is yet to be confirmed but states its a championship game.

Well spotted, there is a SL game on thursday, possibly to give the Pies or Whinos extra time before the CC final. Unlikely to be 3 SL games shown, Leigh are playing toulouse at 6pm on the Saturday.

I'd prefer Sky to show possibly our last home game in history against Hull FC. Wire v Catalans is possibly the pick of the round, so wouldn't suprise me if its picked for Sky coverage.

That's what I was thinking. This is a real crunch game for Wire and one thats important to how the league finishes.

i imagine its probably costly to televise from france and thats maybe why they don't show them very often

I like how SKY give the fans lots of notice as to when the games will be played.

One sure fire way of increasing season ticket sales would be if Sky had to pick their games at the start of the year. Its relatively easy for clubs/sky to select the pick of the games as soon as the fitures come out. Why will we be waiting until the middle of August to find out we are playing Wigan on the Friday instead of the Sunday
