as harsh as it may sound, if all are fit then a back line of:

Atkins
Ratch
Bridge
Monas

would be very solid! not too sure how Atkins' positional sense as a winger would work but that would be one hell of a back line. Might be too big of a risk to try that now though.

My post is based on the need to defend well and go forward at pace. I'm not giving Riley a bashing here and don't want to be I internet bullied but I just feel he's lost his rawness and at times switches off in defence and runs across the line of defenders as opposed to running forward. This is just my opinion. People don't rate Trent Waterhouse at times but I do, it's the beauty of opinions. There like

You play Ratchford ahead of Bridge. Couldn't be simpler really.

I love Ratch & think he will be a massive part of our team for years to come but Bridge is currently a better Centre

Bridge can be too much of a liability for my liking, prone to silly mistakes and stupid penalties. For me Ratchford is already a better player than Bridge in any postion.

And to even suggest leaving Ratchford out of the side is mind boggling.

I'll tell you now, 3 forwards and a back on the bench next Thursday.

After the Lee Briers EGP today I think we should apply to have 14 on the field and a squad of 18. That way we can fit in Ratch. Brett, Myler & Bridgey et al

I've got a lot of time for Myler, and think is an exceptional player, but timing is a lot for a pivot, and you only get it right through minutes on the field.

Rough on Cooper too, he has been playing well, he's just not a Morley, or Carvell. These guys can have a massive influence on a game, more so than Coops in my opinion.

Having just read the Leeds match report on their Site, I think most loiners might agree. Some of them have taken defeat really badly.

It is going to be harsh on someone based on the last game and guys supposedly returning for selection contention and Lee 'escaping' the firing squad. Are we all sure that Hodgson and Myler will be available, are we just getting giddy that with a week off they will be ok or musing what if at this stage?

Hey no worries Uncle Rico. What the whole of Warrington must agree is that Tony Smith has a major selection headache this weekend with players returning to fitness and players missing out on the 19 then 17 man squad. It's also some players last game at the HJ. Tony Smith has not got where he is today though without being ruthless in management. I can't wait till next Thursday now.

Correct Mr Wolf, there have been a couple of seemingly ruthless CC picks by TS, he will do what he thinks is right for the team that's for sure NTW

Smith will play 'horses for courses' with his selection, although I think that Myler will only come in if one of our pivot players is injured. he hasn't played for some time and can't get a run out anywhere else. It's very difficult to predict a smith team, he invariably throws in a little surprise.
