No, I think he quit circa 2006 under Noble after lobbying for a better preperation for GB tours and test series and became disillusioned with the set up at the (sic) Elite level of the game in this country.

Seriously, the major problem between the two 'sides' is that Tony Smith obviously sees the Sky bunch as the sensationalist, bullting, tabloid-style journalist idiots, they truly are. Its why Cullen is so popular with the Sky boys, as he too loves all the waffling crap that Sky TV loves and is a bit of a tool as well....
