For those that are interested, I was in the club shop yesterday and they have a couple of new bits and bobs in - rain jacket and a half zip jumper. No new NRL stuff as yet.

| Did you notice if they had any ISC baseball caps in the new away colours? I'll buy one if they have but obviously won't wear it to a game and risk being seen as one of those colours wearing types.

| I have had a similar problem Mr Leicester.
Bought a kit when they first came out in November, no sticker on bag so washed as per instructions and the colours have run. I now live in Northampton so attempted to return to the shop when back in Warrington for Christmas. The clown who dealt with me refused to swap as I hadn't washed on a cold wash. After pointing out that this is not what the instructions on the label says, he told me about the sticker on the bag. There was no such sticker when I bought my shirt, when I pointed this out he had the audacity to claim her personally placed a sticker on every bag and so I must be accusing him of being a liar.
There are so many things wrong with this that I don't even know where to begin but will try.
1) I think I can be far more confident that there was no sticker on the bag my shirt was in than he can that he stuck a sticker on every single one of several thousand shirts.
2) No I wasn't accusing him of lying merely trying to highlight the above point.
3) I think implying the customer is a liar is simply appaling customer service.
4) Apparently the stickers were on there as they had similar issues with same material last year so firstly why are we still using it and secondly if this was the case why could correct washing instructions not of been put on label this year.
Quite frankly I am furious at the appalling quality of the product and the customer service I have received. The club have just had one strongly worded e-mail expressing these views.

| They told me they put the stickers on a few weeks after release So they obviously know there's a problem surely they can send them back to isc they sorted it out last year thought they would of took that on board and get it right this year

| The people in the club shop are stuck in the middle. They have no choice in the quality of the shirt, but are the ones who have to bear the brunt of fan's complaints over it. I'm not excusing bad customer service, there's no excuse for that, just trying to see things from their side.
I think that they must have had a fair number of complaints over the shirts in order for them to react that way - "Oh god, here comes another one complaining about the shirt..." - and I can only see it getting worse once the season kicks off and people have more wear and wash cycles of their shirts.

| makes you wonder though, how many of these have been sold and actually complained about? i said this back in november when they were released, i was cautiously hanging on a while to see if there were any complaints or issues with this shirt from people who'd actually purchased it.
In the main, the complaints on here at the time and still since then have been peoples opinions and why they're not buying it, which is why its had more of a bad rep than any actual complaints or issues.

'An offer they couldn't refuse' looks like they have mucked people about and so in an attempt to make a few extra squid the cracks have emerged and they have no option but to put their hands up and say they were unintenioally conning people.
People have said that Wire and intentionally conning people. But it is probably they have a poor relationship with the shirt people and so the shirt hasn't gone amazingly. It is Isc that are at fault and not Wire.

Warrington must have 'signed off' the order in some way and for me are as guilty of offering a crap replica shirt as ISC. If any item has the club logo on and is sold in the club shop then they're responsible.

i partly agree. I just feel that WArrington should exchange the shirts with customers and take it up with the shirt makers.
I hope it doesn't have to be, but would accept, a court battle over the shirts.
I was willing to reserve judgement on the shirts butt he amount of people that have had problems is, frankly, embarrassing and the book should stop at ISC

Are we tied to ISC for a period of time?
I would expect the club to be getting shut of them for next season... one way or another.
