Well yeah, remember that time we wanted Matt Orford to replace Nat Wood. He decided to stay in Manly.
We had a back up plan, Michael Monaghan, and he decided to stay in Manly at that time as well.
So we were cashed up but needed to grab somebody so ended up throwing the cash at Michael Sullivan.
I still think that bringing in Sullivan to replace Nat Wood was the moment everything started to slide downhill for Cullen. | | |

Just pointing out that although you may question his credentials because his team currently sit 8th, he’s still assistant coach at arguably the biggest team in the league, he hasn’t achieved that position by chance. Also, to add the greatest coach in history was desperate to bring him to Dolphins as his assistant, he must be half decent you would have thought. |

Fair point, I said Morley because he went over there and pretty much killed from the get go, they soon knew who he was and then to pop over here and Win a grand final. |
