If Cunningham were found guilty imagine how stupid that would make the disciplinary committee look.

And looking at the report on the Cunningham incident from the RFL website, it gives the impression that they have searched meticulously to find a loophole to not ban him.

The disciplinary has got nothing to do with Stuart and the refs, its a different group of people who sit on the committee once per week.
